Hi team,

I've an Fitbit versa 2. I'm facing display issues with it. I could see time in background if I open menu or other apps. Time displayed in background is incorrect. It seems screen has some issues. I tried reaching Fitbit customer service. It was one of the horrible experience and worst service. They don't have basic knowledge. I'm from Chennai, India. Any help where can I get this fixed?

Hi @Balaji.R  - the screens look normal.

When you navigate you swipe the screen edge in a direction. If you drag the screen then you can see more than one screen at a time, like scrolling instead of swiping.

Hello @Balaji.R

Have you tried restarting your Versa 2. You will not lose any data doing so. Just hold down the button on the side of the Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. The Versa 2 should vibrate indicating the restart is complete. If your still having trouble try changing the clock face through the Fitbit Spp. preferably to your original clock face or a clock face made by Fitbit. To do this from your Fitbit App just open the app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2 then tap gallery

You did mention the time was incorrect on your averse 2. Make sure your Fitbit is connected to your mobile device through Bluetooth. If it is connected try turning the Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds then turn it back on. Now sync your Versa 2 to see if that corrects the time issue

😃I hope a simple restart fixes the issue. Please let me know if I was able to provide you the best answer to help your screen issue

Hi @SunsetRunner

Thanks for the reply.. I've factory reset the watch also. I don't face issue with current time. I'm getting those time display when I navigate to other menus which is not correct. When I navigate to other menu's also the place where time is displayed have some traces. I've added some images. Please do check left side screen.

Hello @Balaji.R

Did you try changing the clock face through the Fitbit App? https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm  Preferably with either your original clock face or another one made by Fitbit?

@Balaji.R- in the case of that photo, in all probability it is a fault with the clock face you are using.

First try with another clock face.

If it is fine - then either contact the developer at the bottom of the install description or choose a different clock face to replace the faulty one.

@Balaji.R- if it's a hardware problem it's not repairable but via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may take you through a factory reset, which may kill or cure your watch.

If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
