My versa 2 says it is 10:00, but it is 7:00. I hoped updating would help, but it didn't. It has shown the wrong time for 12 hours now.

Hi there, @Golsen. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.
Note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 2 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If the time on your Versa 2 is still incorrect after syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a complete different one, sync your watch, put the correct time and sync again. To change the time make sure you are following the instructions provided in the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

I haven't changed time zones and my time zone is set for PST. It is still showing EST.

My Versa is also showing incorrect time. It also will not sync. The circle just goes and goes and goes
Tried restarting the versa. Tried restarting the app. Tried restarting my phone. Tried uninstalling Fitbit app and reinstalling.... And now I can't sign in. (I'm using my correct email and password, but it tells me "invalid email").
Yesterday it was fine. Charged it overnight... Hasn't been right since

I did go into app settings in the app and turned on automatic time zone (which was already on) and automatic location. About 10 min later when I looked at my watch, the time was right. That was last night and the time is still right this morning!
