Versa 2 won't show the correct time

Skips minute  Example 50 then displays 52 after 2 min delay Then pattern starts again

Hi there, @tnflatrock. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

 

Have you experienced syncing difficulties in the past? Keep in mind that your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with so it has to be syncing frequently to avoid this to happen. 

 

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

 

Also, note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 2 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 2 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?
