I am manually trying to sync for fitbit to correct the date and time. Not working. I am following the directions on the fitbit site with no luck.

Hi @michele801 - that is correct, to set the right time you need to sync.
If it is not syncing (eg.you haven't done it for a while) a good first step is to restart both phone and watch .
