Versa 2 won't show the correct time

My Fitbit is 5 minutes late. I tried going in settings to reset my timeline but it didn’t work.

i also tried deleting the app then reinstalling it…. Didn’t work.

now what?

any ideas? I’ll try anything. It’s very annoying not being able to reset the clock and annoying having a watch that is late. Early time is ok, I can live with that but when it’s late….. it can become a pain!

Hi @Denis36 - sometimes getting the time to correct itself can be a bother. A sync is necessary but it doesn't always do it.

First restart the phone and watch and try a few syncs.

If that doesn't work there are some other steps to try .

In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and App settings and turn off automatic time zone and location and set the time zone and location manually and sync a few times. When successful automatic time zone can be turned on again.

If this fails, logout of the app, clear the storage cache, force stop it, and swipe off the window. then do the restarts and sync.
