Versa 2 won't show the correct time

Please help. I’ve tried all of the recommendations to try and change the time on my Fitbit versa 2. I cannot get in contact with the support chat. It keeps saying error. Is there anything else I can do to change the time?

Change time zone I just had to do it when I traveled to a different time zone but you have to do it on the app. Can't do it on fitbit

ciaraodriscoll2… did you try turning off the auto timezone setting & setting it manually?
