Versa 2 won't show the correct time

How do I reset the clock on a versa 2? Tried synching. Tried turning it off. Clock still reads incorrectly.

Hi @25bb - sometimes the process gets stuck. In the Fitbit App, App settings try turning off/on the automatic time zone and restart the watch and phone and sync.

If this is not working change to another time zone and repeat the above, then change back again.

The watch gets the correct time normally when it syncs fully with the app.

Thanks for your tips. I finally had to reload the versa 2 to get the clock setting correct.
