The time zone on my Versa 2 is correct and is set to auto. Despite this, it will not sync to the correct time - it’s two hours off. I have tried to sync it multiple times and have turned it off, hoping that it would reset to the correct time. Again, the time zone is correct and set to auto.

Hi there, @acpayne. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still not showing the correct time. I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, may I know if the syncing process is going smoothly? Does it take place whenever you sync your Versa 2? please note that the time will be wrong if your Versa hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.
If by any chance you run into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
