Versa 2 won't show the correct time

My Fitbit synchs but time is off by 23 minutes. Won’t synch. Tried everything in settings. Restarted Fitbit multiple times. Tried both time zone and auto set to watch. Nothing works!!!!! Other post is now closed but none of the help suggestions worked.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not showing the correct time nor syncing. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

As you may know, once your Versa 2 syncs, the time should be corrected as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

This error occurred after not using the Fitbit for a few months. As I stated, the Fitbit DID synch. Only the time would not synch. All settings were correct and I tried resetting and restarting multiple times. HOWEVER. The time successfully synched AFTER ONE HOUR on its own. That’s a pretty bizarre feature don’t you think?
