Hi there, @Psg10. Welcome to the Community Forums.

If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Fitbit device automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If the issue persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the above doesn't work or describe your issue, as @SunsetRunner has suggested, please provide more detailed information about the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit device so we can go from there.

Hello @Psg10

Can you please clarify. Do you mean your Versa 2 is completely gone from your Fitbit App? Open the Fitbit App then tap your profile picture then scroll down….do you see a Versa 2 listed?

Or do you mean your Versa 2 is no longer on your Bluetooth and no longer syncing with your Phone?

😉 Please clarify with a bit more information.
