Nothing else is working except Spotify, barely. That took me 2 hours to set up. I am extremely frustrated and close to giving up and just returning it. When I go to log in to my Amazon account, the popup keeps saying I need to use a new email because mine is already in use. I already have an Amazon Prime account with my correct email and password, there is NO option to log in, only create account. And no help button. (Galaxy Note8)

Please bear with me as I understand your frustration. Have you gone into the actual Fitbit Application on your phone and opened your applications then entered your correct email and password in the Amazon settings....

Yes, it tells me to login with a new email even though I already have an account.
