After the firmware update the tracker is stuck on the Fitbit logo. It won't start. A reset does not resolve the issues and I am unable to do a factory reset. Please help 😞
PS I had major issues with the last firmware update as well, which made me apprehensive to run this update (which by now I regret deeply).

I'm very sorry for the experience and thank you very much for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. At this time, if your Versa 2 is still stuck in the Fitbit logo, I'd recommend trying to perform the firmware update one more time.
