Versa 2 won't stay charged

My Versa 2 is relatively new and I have run into problems.  Last week I couldn't get it to sync to my phone. I finally got the sync to start working again.  Once I did though, my Versa won't keep a charge. It runs down to zero in less than 10 hours.  Why is that happening and what is the trade-in policy for a new watch that isn't working?

There is currently a bug in the IOS Fitbit App causing high drain in the watch.

The workaround is to turn off Bluetooth on the phone [only enable when you need to sync] and then charge the watch fully and restart it.
