Hello, I own a fitbit versa 2 and a Huawei P30. My fitbit is running firmware version 35.70.8.0.
Whenever my phone dies, watch dies, or Bluetooth connection between my phone and watch is lost, my fitbit notification services stop working. The only temporary solution to this is to delete my app cache and data and relog into fitbit which re enables the notifications. But since this happens whenever my phone or watch die, or when Bluetooth is disconnected, it means I have to do this multiple times a day. Please help me fix this as it's starting to get on my nerves

Hi there @_valcour_, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is constantly disconnecting from your phone's Bluetooth. I understand how you must be feeling about having to do all troubleshooting steps mentioned so frequently, I'll be glad to help you with this.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Also make sure that the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background on your phone and check if your Huawei P30 doesn't have a syncing issue listed in What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?
Let me know if you need further assistance, I'll be around.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
