I’m hoping someone will have an answer somewhere because I’m getting frustrated with these devices. I’ve had a Blaze, original Versa and now a Versa 2. All three have had the same problem. They won’t stay linked to the app on either my phone or tablet. With my newest Versa2, I need to relink it just about every time I charge it. Device not found is the story of the day.
1. iPhone and iPad with newest IOS systems.
2. Fitbit app updated. Even deleted and reinstalled.
3. Restarted phone multiple times along with turning the Bluetooth on and off as recommended multiple times.
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
4. I even did a total factory reset this last time with around 5 days of syncing properly and now this morning after charging, “Device not found” again greeted me when I went to use the exercise feature for walking my dogs today.
This is getting very frustrating, I’ve done everything all of the forums have said to do and this problem still persists. Is there a fix for this problem? This Versa 2 is brand new, less than 5 months old. I can’t afford to keep buying new ones.

Hi there @Coldar, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing difficulties you've been having with your Fitbit devices. I understand why you would feel frustrated. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot this issue with your Versa 2 prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.
Since you're using iOS devices, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Fitbit device automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now. If your Fitbit device doesn't sync, please confirmed that you've followed the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.

I’ve had to go through the whole forget-this-device thing several times, but my Versa still won’t stay connected.
