Versa 2 won't stay connected to my iPhone 10

My FITBIT VERSA 2 will not stay paired to my iphone 10.  I get the below error message AT LEAST 4 times a day. It's almost to the point where it's rarely connected and it's such a pain to have to keep going through the 2-3 steps to re-connect.  I have the latest apple software on my iphone of 14.7.1 and my fitbit is up to date as well.  Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi there, @TMcD4. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2 and for the image attached. I understand how you must be feeling.

If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If you continue having syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope that helps.

Yes - that is what I have been doing.  I go through those exact steps 5-6 times a day.  I keep having to "forget the device" and do it all over again like ground hog day all freaking day long.  It's a real pain.  Any other suggestions???
