On almost a daily basis, my IPhone 12 and Fitbit disconnect. I go through allllllll of the steps to reset the connection, only to have it last for a day at best. Some days they simply will not connect…
Is there a reason why this would be happening so frequently, and any tips on how to stop it/them from losing the connection?

I having the same exact issue! Could it be an iPhone update that isn’t compatible with the latest FitBit update?

I have wondered the same thing, as I just recently upgraded from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 12. I literally never had an issue once with it before the phone change. Now it is daily…:-(

Hi,
I've tried all these steps but it still isn't syncing - I have an iPhone 12 mini.

I do these steps…daily! My issue isn’t reconnecting (which eventually I can do), it is the fact it repeatedly disconnects; often when I sleep.
In most cases, it takes me going through the exact steps you provided above, about 5-6 times before i can connect again. I’ve updated the Fitbit, and yet it disappears from my phones Bluetooth recognizable devices…

…and since my last post it has lost connection again…
