I've asked for help in the Fitbit Twitter DMs but I just keep getting told the same thing over and over again. So I come to you guys. Please help me. My versa 2 will not stay synced. No matter what I do.
I've factory rest it twice, per DM instructions. I've restarted it and my phone countless times, per DM instructions. I've disconnected and reconnected it so many times, per DM instructions. I've basically taken out all personalizations. Nothing lasts longer than a couple hours/days. I love my fitbit so much but I'm so sick of having to reconnect it constantly.
It's up to date. My Bluetooth seems to be fine. I don't know what else to do and this is really frustrating. If you have any advice (other than listed above), please share it!

I think mine maybe doesn't loose the connection, but nothing happens - don't get notifications. I was thinking of going to the store with it, got it this year, so the warranty should still be there. And maybe buy another, cause it's a bit useless when I don't get my notifications. Hate it, cause I actually like the sleep monitor.🙄
