Versa 2 won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

Constant problems  synching to Bluetooth. Their help people say it’s an internal problem they’re working on. No official info on fix from Fitbit  After many years with Fitbit, I’m sad to see the quality decline. Guess it’s time to move to Garmin or Apple, sadly.

Hi @Greggmurphy - Syncing issues are often resolvable and the Versa 2 is a great watch, What steps did you take to resolve it?

 

For example, did you, logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window, and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it,

Remove the Bluetooth entry for your Versa 2 from all devices including your phone, then restart the watch and phone?

 

That should setup a new pair and link but if not use "+Set up a Device" and replace to make it happen.
