My Versa2 is being a complete ‘mare. Won’t stay connected to Bluetooth app saying wrong time. It is important for me with AF to have information I can trust. I don’t trust this device anymore.

Hi there, @Jazchapp. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa Lite. I understand how you must be feeling.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 2.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.
  • Once your Versa 2 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Done all of that.
I can’t recommend a Fitbit to anybody who wants anything other than a step
counter, and let’s face it, you can get that for a fraction of the price. I
need reliability and your product does not offer that.

I'm having the same issue with my versa 2.  It disconnects on its own and I don't get the notifications from my phone or texts messages, which I rely on for work.  Looked for a "always stay connected" or something in settings, bit couldn't find anything.   Looking for a replacement, but I don't know who is better.
