Hi there, @Lausto. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
I agree with the tips and recommendations provided by @Guy_. With that being said, please try the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Hi @Lausto - there can be several issues but this procedure should help.
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
It may be necessary to remove both the Versa 3 entries from the phone's Bluetooth and repeat the process and once logged into the app, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace to ensure a new good Bluetooth entry.
It can also be useful to use the watch SimpleCheckUp app (second test) to see on the watch if it is connecting properly.
