Versa 2 won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

Hi, last 3-4 days are real nightmare with my Versa 2.

The smartwatch looses connection with my phone all the time and since I use the watch for few years already I am used to check and be alerted for new notifications. Now I even missed a meeting because I dont check my phone... Anyway - tried everything I found on this forum and the issue is still here. My phone does not connect to other bluetooth devices, there are not much BT devices around me too... I even deleted the watch from the app and paired them again...

Any suggestions?

Hi @V4LK0 - the problem is the new V4 Fitbit App which can disconnect anytime. No fix to stop it doing that.

How do I submit a support ticket? It is really annoying and not getting any answer that you are aware of such issues and you are working to resolve them is frustrating.

@V4LK0 - it has already been signalled by many. So no need to submit anything. It may eventually get fixed.

Hi @Guy_ - you say eventually... if that is not separate case and it was not intended to work like that, is it not supposed to be fixed? My understanding is that Versa 2 is still getting updates and fixes, its not like out of support cycle...

@V4LK0- the new V4 Fitbit App was released in September 2022 - Fitbit doesn't announce plans for fixing any issues.
