Versa 2 won't stay connected to my phone

My phone and my fit bit Versa 2 are connecting in 1 or 2 ways but not all the way. I’ll get notifications from my calendar but I can’t access my calendar. I do not receive text messages, phone calls, or any other type of notifications that are marked to do

so in the app. I reset my watch to factory settings. Closed the app and restarted. Checked my blue tooth pairing. I have been trying to fix this for days on my own using the trouble shooting tips and it’s not working. The app keeps telling me I have to set up wi fi on the watch and I keep doing it but it doesn’t stay connected. What can I do to make my phone and watch connect!!?? Sorry just frustrated at this point. 😤😢

Hi there @Magicflauer, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how frustrating this can be.

If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If your Versa 2 doesn't sync, follow the troubleshooting provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
