Versa 2 won’t stay connected to my wi fi

I connected my Versa 2 to my wi fi but every time u go out and come back home it doesn’t automatically connect and says no device found in the app and can not find the wi fi. Checked my wi fi and all fine with that as everything else connected including my phone. Any help on what I need to do? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing difficulties to connect your Fitbit Versa 2 to your Wi-Fi network.

 

I would like to clarify some important information:

- You can set up and sync your watch to your Fitbit account via Bluetooth. This can be done through a supported mobile device.

- It is recommended using Wi-Fi on the following scenarios:

 

  • while downloading music,
  • when downloading or using other apps that require Wi-Fi,
  • while updating the firmware version.

 

Currently, music can be transferred using a computer only. The Wi-Fi will be automatically disconnected after a couple of minutes if it detects inactivity.
