Versa 2 won't stay on

I received my Versa 2 on February 2. It worked fine until this past Tuesday, March 2. It no longer stays on. It doesn't hold a charge longer than five minutes. It won't turn on unless it has sat on the charger for a few hours. However, after it turns on, it immediately shuts down. I've done a reset. I've cleaned the Versa and the charger. Nothing has helped. I have had this for a month and have taken great care of it. There is zero reason it should not work. What can be done???
