My Versa 2 was being weird (I don’t remember what exactly it was doing- I have problems with it a lot) so I shut it down using the watch’s settings. When trying to turn it back on, the watch only displays the Fitbit logo. The logo does not turn off, it stays on until the watch dies. I’ve tried plugging it up as well as doing a factory reset (hold back button down for several seconds, release, hold down again) but the watch doesn’t vibrate to show a factory reset has taken place. Any ideas? This is already my replacement watch- the first one (bought in December 2019) died last summer and was still under warranty. I’ve only had the replacement for about a year.
