Hi, I have only had my Versa 2 for a week, but it has stop swiping, and therefore I cant get into the settings for a factory reset and in addition the battery is lasting no more than 24 hours. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. I sync with iPhone 5s and ipad.

@SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't swipe and the batter drains fast.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display swipes properly.
Finally, follow the tips that are listed in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your watch and see if the issues get fixed.

Thanks for reply. I had tried your suggestions, before posting, as had seen previous replies. Still not working properly, so have agreed a return and exchange for another Versa 2, with the retailer. Thanks
