Versa 2 won't swipe and battery suddenly won't last a day....post update

After the last update I now get a bright flash when the face "comes alive" and now the touch screen will not work.  I have restarted it 100 times.

I have read that the new update is the reason....Is this true and if so when will it be fixed?

Good luck with that, dead screens and screens that wont swipe are all over this forum and in the press, but Fitbit deny all. They have offered me a voucher for 30% off. 😞

That will be the end of my family and friends being Fitbit customers! These are expensive enough they should last more than a year or two!

I'm experiencing this now and it's going to be my 3rd in 3 years. Definitely gonna be looking into different tech.
