I've had my Versa 2 for almost 3 months now and up until 2 weeks ago it was working perfectly. Recently I've noticed that my Versa 2 keeps restarting itself out of nowhere and that when I look at the display the screen will turn on but won't swipe.
I've noticed that these problems started after I installed the latest software update. I have restarted it and even did a factory reset to try and solve this problem but it will only work for a few minutes and go right back to not swiping. I should also add that I have not been using any clockfaces that aren't Fitbit clockfaces.

I also agree with this, and I have to hold the button down and restart the watch every 2-3 minutes. When I set alarms or timers, it vibrates once and the screen freezes not allowing me to touch the screen or swipe on it.
This has been happening to me for more than 2 months. Please help us fix this problem.
