Versa 2 won't swipe and shows red X

Shows steps heart date etc on face BUT  have  not been able to swipe to any other info. Up down or sideways.  It's like it is locked?? 1 yr old been doing this way for months now. Android phone.

Try a restart if you haven't already done so.

This may be due to the firmware upgrade if it happened recently.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly to inform them. They may be able to help you.
