Versa 2 won't swipe up and it's stuck on the Fitbit logo

When I swipe up my Versa 2 the Fitbit icon only stays on for less than a second then disappears. I have restarted it multiple times & it still does not work.

I think the firmware update and switch to Google messed everything up. They offered me a new Versa 2 since mine was under warranty. It works fine again.

Glad to hear that you got a replacement, mine is still not working. Maybe it will swipe up again when they do another firmware update.

I was having the same problem. Tried everything nothing helped. Finally my husband unsynced my watch and then re synced it and it now works. Hope this will work for you to.
