I can see the home screen on my Versa 2 but can’t do anything from there. On the rare occasion I can get it to move to another page, I can’t get anything to work when I touch an icon. I’ve restarted it multiple times and charged it to see if either of those would help but nothing changed.

My Versa 2 was replaced about 2 monthes ago after 1 month. But the second one do have the same problem. I bought the first one on 25 november 2019 and that one is replaced on 24 december 2019. The second one broke 24 febr 2020. Is it a bad watch or (I hope) bad software.

My fitbit its just only gift. The bought it in Florida. I been using my watch fibit its been only two months. Then now i can swipe it off. Its make me crazy to fix this. Its that possible can you replace it. But I dont have the bill.

I am having the same problem. I have downloaded the new firmware. I have restarted it multiple times using the back button. I have fully charged it. The problem is intermittent but it is growing worse each day. I try to swipe and nothing happens.

I think everyone should call Fitbit support and complain because this is turning out to be a much wider spread issue then they lead me to believe and it must be something wrong with the product/ software.

Change the Screen Wake option to Manual. It appears the Auto Wake option is bugged. After I changed it to manual it's been working great. If I try to change it back to Auto Wake it will freeze again.

After the watch freezes do a reboot. Hold the button on the left of the watch for about 10 seconds. During the reboot you will see the fitbit logo. Upon rebooting immediately go to settings. "Normally" the watch will work after a reboot, but will freeze again if the watch goes into sleep mode if you dokt quickly change the settings.

I called them on the phone rather than live chat. Whenever I chat they always make me switch to a call anyways

I sent mine back using the postage they supplied and it took literally 2 weeks to get to them. I’m really annoyed.

The email with PDF shipping label does not work. This is the address

Track the shipment and let Fitbit support know the tracking number with the case number they give you. I have low hopes getting this fixed or getting replacement easily in a timely manner, but only time will tell. If I had to choose fitbit again, I may not. It depends if Google buys it and how they fix these issues. Swipe not working with no way to get to the settings to reset or change always to always on is a deal-breaker.
