Versa 2 won't swipe

I can see the home screen on my Versa 2 but can’t do anything from there. On the rare occasion I can get it to move to another page, I can’t get anything to work when I touch an icon. I’ve restarted it multiple times and charged it to see if either of those would help but nothing changed.

I'm having the same problem. Got this as a Valentine's gift so it's about a month old. I've tried suggested fixes and nothing's working.

I'm having the same issue. My Versa 2 won't swipe (for a while it would swipe only halfway and then leave the screen frozen halfway between things) but now it never swipes at all. The button also only works intermittently - it will work for the first press, to turn the screen off, but if I want to turn the screen back on it won't work. I've tried doing a soft reset by holding down the button for 10sex until the Fitbit symbol appears and then letting go. I've done that a couple times but it hasn't helped, and I've tried charging it. It's been a couple weeks now since it started. Not sure if it's related to the last software update I did for it?

i just got my fitbit versa 2 for christmas and the side button will turn the screen on and off but the touch screen won’t work. i have charged it, restarted it and tried to log into the app to factory reset. the last alarm that i was able to set was for a flight at 4:15 am and now i can’t turn it off and my watch is waking me up at unwanted times!!! please help. i can’t track my workouts either. the watch is brand new. can someone please reach out to me ASAP?

I am having the same issue. I have tried soft and hard reset. I have also tried resetting my clock face to a Fitbit clock face. None of these options have worked for me.

Wow. All of these users with the same problem, but no Fitbit support is
responding. When I talk to Fibbit support, they tell me that no other user
is notifying them of this problem. Also, it apparently takes 5 days from
the time they receive before they will mail a replacement. So add that
your expectation for a replacement. I estimate it will take a week for the
shipment back to me. I seriously doubt they will overnight it as I did
($60).

Yeah I feel like a moderator should have stepped in ages ago. I’m also upset the shipping label they provided was one that took so long for the package to arrive. I didn’t feel like i should have paid extra. Clearly this means so much to them

I called and talked to someone. Got cut off, never called me back like
they said they would. But it's been working again for over a week now.

Do you have screen always on or do you have it to wake when you turn wrist. I had it to wake on movement.  I heard that this might be an issue through community.aybe it is like the screen saver that crashes when it restores display? IDK.  I wish a support developer would weigh in on these discussions.  I want to trust Fitbit.

I am having trouble with my Versa 2 not swiping to get to my apps. I have been unable to use it for my workouts. It is computing my steps. I have restarted it several times.

Hi, my fitbit will not swipe at all, I cannot see the solution in the post.

We are having an issue getting fitbit to respond to this post. Their
formal response is to contact support. They may ask you to video the
problem before having you ship it to them. This process could take 3-6
weeks to get a fixed watch.

I have let support know that their community forums have started this
discussion, but I am a frustrated customer and not affiliated with fitbit.

My Versa 2 to screen won't swipe or do anything either. This is the third Fitbit I own. I hope not to have to constantly exchange this one. I thought by getting a better one I would avoid that. Anything I can do with this Versa without having to go exchange it? Thank you for your help! I loved having this Fitbit while it was working well and hope it will again soon.

Not sure. It is still in transit. The shipping information was received
by Fedex for the past 2 days. , but the package has not be received. I
don't expect it until next week
