Versa 2 won't swipe

I can see the home screen on my Versa 2 but can’t do anything from there. On the rare occasion I can get it to move to another page, I can’t get anything to work when I touch an icon. I’ve restarted it multiple times and charged it to see if either of those would help but nothing changed.

They sent me a new one

I called Fitbit support for help. They tried a few times to fix this issue
but couldn't...since it was still under warranty, they replaced the watch

I emailed support...I followed their fixes that didn’t work..I videoed what
it was doing and emailed that...they ended up sending a new one (no band or
charger).

This was a Christmas gift, so it started giving me trouble after about 10
weeks. Now my new one is about 4 weeks old... but the GPS doesn’t calibrate
mileage properly.🤷🏻‍:female_sign:🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

I called customer service,and they sent a new one seeing it only 2-1/2
months old.

Good afternoon. I’m having the same issue with my Versa not swiping and the screen is inactive to my touch. I’ve reset it several times and it doesn’t fix it. May I ask please for someone to get back to me with other solutions? Regards, Jodie

I can’t swipe when I get to the watch face. Then later, I lose it all together then just get stuck at the logo that turns on and off. I have only been using mg versa 2 for 2 weeks 😞 i have spoken to a support person already but we were not able to fix it. I have done everything 😞

Not by fitbit, but i factory reset it then when i got it to swipe i changed
the settings to wake up on button not auto and the screens played ball ever
since.

I long pressed the left button to reset it, then it goes to clock, but still wont swipe. Clock will stay for 20secs then will crash again to just on and off fitbit logo

You need to factory reset delete the device from the app and then press
hold when the fitbit logo comes one let go for 1 sec and press and hold
again til u see it.

Pair it to the phone again. It got mine to work

I did delete the device from app, turn off bluetooth, set it up as new device again. But then a message comes on: DATA NOT CLEARED, SYNC & TRY AGAIN with a big red X. Then i will reset it again by long pressing left side button and do everything again but then before I can finish setting up the watch, logo screen will come back on again. I tried 10x already since yesterday

I was able to chat yesterday, but for some reason, I cannot do that today. I sent them an email. Im from the Philippines, but will try to call tom. Its 1:20am here right now

This worked for me. Just means when you are exercising, simply flipping your wrist will not turn it on. Still, pressing the button is better than non-functionality.
