I can see the home screen on my Versa 2 but can’t do anything from there. On the rare occasion I can get it to move to another page, I can’t get anything to work when I touch an icon. I’ve restarted it multiple times and charged it to see if either of those would help but nothing changed.

I have had my replacement Versa 2 for about a month maybe a bit longer and the screen is starting to lag and not work again. I have read here that they don't offer replacements for defective replacements. Is this true. Turning out to be the worse buy ever.

Missie,
Try this as this worked for me. Reboot the watch by holding the button for about 10 seconds. Once it boots up go to Settings. Change the Screen Wake option to Manual (button). This should fix it until Fitbit patches the Auto wake option. This has helped me and several others. Do a search for swipe issues and you will find my posts. I'm trying to get the word out so Fitbit fixes it. I hope this helps.

Thank you. This seems to be working out well. Too bad the auto awake doesn't work. Hopefully this manual wake will keep working.

Mine Versa 2's ability to swipe comes and goes. It's really frustrating not knowing when it works or not. Earlier this evenkng, it was seemed to fix and now it's not working again. There seems to be a lot of happening throughout the community. Is there going to be a fix for this?

Been doing everything, not happy at all. I have had watch only 2 months. When I turn off, etc. it messes with my time accurately. Very disappointed in watch not swiping.

My hiusband's Versa 2 screen doesn't respond to touch at all and nothing I've found here works. It's only 2 months old and my year old Versa works fine. Guess we shouldn't have up graded.

You would think with all the problems with the swipe they'd be working on a fix. Restarting the watch is apparently not the answer. I loved all my Firbit watches. This is the first time I've had problem.

This is happening to me to now and I’ve tried restarting it multiple times and setting the device up as a new device and it still doesn’t swipe well. I’ll get stuck on apps sometimes and they’re hard to get out of. I’ve only had it for 2 months.

Got for Christmas and now it won't swipe....just like light52 says. It tracks things if I check my phone but hasn't tracking flights climbed for 3 days. I work on the 3rd floor in a building with no elevator...I know it should have at least 4 flights per day (coming in and lunch).
