Hi there,

just wondering if anyone could help me lint clock face changes from the one I set it as to this ... another screen/clock face and then I have to either move my arm or hit the button to take it back to my set face.

is this normal?

Hi there @krystalryder, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Before anything else, please restart your Versa 2. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Then, please follow the steps from this article to properly change the clock face How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

If the issue persists, please let me know what's the name of the clock face you want to set on your watch.

Looking forward to your response.

@krystalryder Thanks for getting back and for the update.

Would you mind letting me know the name of the clock face so I can tell you it that is the expected behavior? Also, please attach an image showing the behavior. To do so:

  • When you're in the reply page, click on the Insert Photos icon (the little camera).
  • Then, click on the Choose File in the middle of the grey window that will pop up.
  • Search for the photo on your computer or phone and click on Open.
  • Once the image shows up in the grey windows, select the size and the position and click on Done.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi there, this is my current watch clock- but I was using the bitmoji clock face (made by Fitbit) and it was doing the exact same thing.

This is what it changes to and from
The bottom image is the clock face I set - minimolo, but it also does this with Bitmoji

@krystalryder Please note that the images didn't go through. Would you mind trying again?

If you have recently set up your Versa 2 and this is your first Fitbit device, keep in mind that this may be the expected behavior of the clock faces and you just need to get familiar with that.

For more information about Versa 2, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? and Versa 2 User Manual

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have also tried installing 2 different clock faces since I received my versa 2 on Xmas day and neither have loaded. I have even reset my phone and fitbit. Still no different clock face appears. I get the error load now or later.  When I say later the dace still tries to load and I can't stop it. The face is called ezclock bardic.
