Hi, pleseas can anyone help.
I have done a update says version 3.79 (37952011) my versa 2 about 3 weeks ago and ever since I have to charge it up every 6 hrs☹️. Which before I would only have to charge up every 4th or 5th day depends on what I have been doing.
This is now not tracking all my steps or my sleep.
Any help would be greatful.
TIA

Hi @mummychanz4 - there seems to be a syncing issue. You can verify this by turning off Bluetooth for a few days and see if you get normal battery life on the watch. Just turn it on once a day to sync.
If that works try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone and watch.
This may restore normal syncing, if not try removing the Bluetooth entry from the phone and repeat the procedure.

Same issue in the Charge 5 forum. Yet to be resolved by trying all steps outlined by fitbit.

Well I've done what @Guy_ has said now it will sync when charging.
But wearing it now the screen will only show the fitbit logo. This is a different fault then i started with. So no use to anyone as a watch or fitbit.
My son has the same fitbit and his is fine ☹️.
Just feeling very let down that they know there is fault which is covering so many devices and looking on here has been gone on for some time.

@mummychanz4 - if the watch can sync while charging try changing the clock face in the Fitbit App Gallery tile, also try another restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears again.

@mummychanz4 - if that still doesn't work, while charging click profile photo in the Fitbit App and then "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
