Verda 2 not syncing and only showing exercise logo. Please help!

Hi there, @AlMcd67. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about your Versa 2 not syncing and being stuck on the Fitbit logo only. I'll do my best to help you with this. 

To better assist you, may I know if you have tried any troubleshooting steps so far to solve the issue? If not yet, please let's start by restarting your Versa 2 (as described here). Then, please try syncing.
