Versa 2 won't sync and time is running behind

I also have the same problem with my versa 2. The time is wrong and synchronisations doesn’t work right

Hi there @Carol.bug.versa, welcome to the Community Forums. 

Please note that the time on your Versa 2 may be shown wrong due to the syncing issues as your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.
