Versa 2 won't sync and time is running behind

Versa 2 is not updating and clock keeps going slow on the screen showing a 40 min difference

Hi there, @Ellie1993. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details shared in your post. 

Keep in mind that your Versa 2 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.

Since you're running into syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?Once you manage to sync your Versa 2 the time should be updated too.

Hi,

Still not working.

I’ve turned my Bluetooth on and off.
Turned my phone on and off.
Removed my device from Bluetooth and also the fit bit app,

Re added them on and still not syncing properly.

Also not getting messages or phone call notifications which I did before
