I wish I could help having issues with my versa 2. Last week I had to wipe it clean twice. Voice texting has stopped working, I can't count on email notifications unless phones.. using Android and now today it's not fully updating versa 2 phone.

After multiple times and literally hours spent on chat I'd loose chat and be reconnected and have to go through everything again. Working 75+hrs a week and a child on hospice I don't have the time. I kept asking for a warranty replacement but each time it was go through the steps AGAIN
