I can sync all today's data without issues, but I haven't synced before for over a week and I am unable to get any data from before today on the app.

I have an iPhone 13 and all the latest updates. No other Bluetooth devices are connected simultaneously.
I’m having the same issue with my Versa 3. Chatted with Fitbit Help who said to restore the Versa to factory settings. Never could get it to even do that. I wish I could be more help. Hopefully someone else will respond and provide both of us with a solution.
