Versa 2 won't sync for the past 3 days

This piece of ......won't sync and won't update for the past 3 days and it's really torquing me off. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app. I've turned on and off the bluetooth, I've turned off the watch and turned it back on....right now it's just a waste of money staring me in the face. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem Was bought as a gift for Christmas and it won't synch won't pair and won't update. If there is a problem then please let us know. Apparently there is a temporary synching issue which I found on the Fitbit website WHEN I logged in which isn't helpful.. will give them 24hrs to sort otherwise returning to shop. Waste of money and very disappointed!

We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

Before anything else, I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

If the steps don't work, note our team is aware of a syncing issue on Andriod 3.37 and is currently working on a fix. Thank you very much for your report and patience. Please stay tuned to this thread for updates.

This is not helpful at all. 3 days and still waiting for a definitive answer. Frustrated beyong words
