Versa 2 won't sync, have to keep resetting it.

I've had my fitbit 2 for almost a year now. The last few months I've had trouble syncing. I go through the troubleshooting of resetting my phone, checking Bluetooth connection, restarting the app and finally factory resetting my fitbit. I have had to factory reset my versa 2 about every 2 to 3 weeks. It takes almost an hour every time and I don't always have an hour to sit around and wait, so I have to go a while without a watch. What can I do? I don't want to have to keep resetting it but nothing works.

I’m having the exact same issue, had versa 2 for less than a year. Past few week having issues connecting to app and now it won’t connect at all. Called customer support and they told my to remove the device and re-set up but not I can’t get it to re set up so they made it worse and hung up on me…

I called support and they said they will be replacing it for me since I also bought mine less than a year ago.
