I've tried restarting the app, the phone (android) and the laptop (windows) but can't get my Versa 2 to sync and load my steps. I tried restarting the app several times and now it won't take my password or let me reset my password. Keeps saying not authorized. Help!

Hi @JMMac23 we can't sync via the computer anymore. You need a compatible smartphone or tablet in order to sync and view your stats. You can learn more in this article - click to read.

Hi @andrewmuscat you must have a compatible mobile device, as I've linked in the post above.
