Versa 2 won't sync my sleep data accurately after the Fitbit app update

After the app change occasionally versa 2 or application doesn’t collect sleep data and says no data after synch even though there is at least 6 hours of actual  sleep

Hi there, @ZBS. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your sleep data.

Please keep in mind that your sleep data might take a couple of minutes to show up on both your Fitbit device and Fitbit app. From a personal experience, I'd recommend you to sync your Fitbit device twice in a row just right after waking up so your data can be transferred and show up on your Fitbit app.

Thanks for your response but I certainly did a number of synchs before I wrote here. Even after 48 hours there is still no data. Yesterday’s data is available though. This happened once or twice before. All after the app change. Nothing is changed on the watch or the cell phone. This is very queer that’s why I wanted to let everybody know.

cheers

Same here. I have no sleep data for last night and syncing does not work.

My sleep data hasn't loaded in 10 days, nor has my heart rate registered. I've synced MANY times & also did a restart on my Versa 2. Suggestions? Based on data so far, not impressed with the new app. 😑

No, it clearly just decides we are awake, at least for me. Every time I awake between 2 & 4 AM to go to the restroom it logs that as my wake up time and grades a poor sleep experience. Well, I should say most nights. It can't be about the band being too loose, etc, as a moderator suggested yesterday since it was working fine before the 5-10 minute sleep interruption. If anything, I probably unconsciously check to make sure it isn't twisted before going back to sleep.
