Versa 2 won't sync my steps with the Fitbit app

Versa 2 app has me doing 5067 steps, when I actually did 15,067! The watch has the right number. The app doesn’t. It’s driving me nuts. Any suggestions?

Hi @MarkyMark2022  - it would seem your watch is not syncing properly.

Try first logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone and login and sync.
