Versa 2 won't sync my water intake

It is a brand new watch as my other versa 2 was having issues, I have tried everything that I can to get my versa 2 to sync my water intake on the watch but will not. All started after update, it will show in the app the water but not on the watch. If I go to  to the water history on the watch it tells me to sync Fitbit to see historical data, but every time I do nothing happens. Please help.
