I have tried all the troubleshooting steps I've seen. I finally realized my Versa 2 wasn't connected to WIFI. I'm not sure why it needs to be, but I've never had this issue before. I plugged it into the computer and it still won't connect. I also rebooted the modem. What else can I do? It's been having issues the past few days but I always managed to get it connected, not this time. I reached out to customer service the other day.. no help at all.. just told me to restart.. have done that many times.

Hi Ricardo, NO I have not gotten help from support on this issue! I contacted them last week about another issue (treadmill distance wildly off) and was only told to do a restart. My Versa 2 did resync on its own without me doing anything. But it is glitchy. I've done multiple restarts over the past week and am getting annoyed. But at this moment it is syncing. It's on and off.
Honestly, I try not to post here because as soon as I do I get the spammy friend requests that have become prevalent. Fitbit was so much better years ago..sigh. I would really like to try one of the new ones but am hesitant to buy another. (I have bought the Versa 2 and the Charge 4 both within the past 10 months!!) I prefer the Versa 2 but really want it to work! I pay for premium. Since the "help" I got, the sleep feature did not work.. but it did last night so hoping. I also see there's an update I haven't gotten. Why am I always the last to get an update? I would think anyone reporting an issue would get one if available!)
