Versa 2 software says device not found. Tried refreshing bluetooth, restarting phone. Wi-fi setting keeps buffering.

Hello there @Geocas, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you with the connectivity issue between your Versa 2 and your mobile phone.
While reading your post I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided in the help articles: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I have had the versa 2 for 2 days. I have to keep going into Bluetooth and pair pretty much hourly. In order to pair I need to go into watch settings and go to Bluetooth and manually change “pair your phone if music controls are off”. This is always listed “off” and I have to change to “pair”. Then the phone, samsung galaxy 9, will connect to Fitbit. An hour later, Bluetooth is not connected to Fitbit and have to do it all over again.
if you call Fitbit you get the scripted response as you get on the forum. One has to think that if there are so many troubleshooting issues is the watch worth it?
im hoping someone can read this and provide an answer that is not copied and pasted requesting me to do all the things I clearly have done
